Catherine joined The Skinners' Company as Governance Professional in June 2026.

Before joining, Catherine was Governance Professional at Anthem Schools Trust and previously held the role of Trust Governance Professional at Haberdashers' Academies Trust South. Over the past eight years, she has worked closely with boards and committees in both multi-academy trusts and maintained schools, ensuring high standards of governance and compliance.

Catherine has worked in the public sector for more than 25 years and she began her governance career after having children. She brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to effective governance and organisational oversight.

Catherine lives on the West Sussex border with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, dog walking, reading and spending time with her family.
